There is nothing else that kills the ambitions of a person as criticisms from superiors
Any fool can do it.
It takes character and self-control to be understanding and forgiving. Understand that intelligence is not evenly distributed.
Criticism hurts pride and sense of importance and puts the person on the defensive. It is human nature when faced with criticism, it makes them justify themselves and condemn others in return
